Last Friday, we were suppose to look at the lights on a Dell computer in room 536 to troubleshoot system code issues. However when we got there, the computer system was functioning normally. After that we took the laptops that we have been working on down to Mrs. Salyer's office. Then she called each of us in one at a time to explain in our own words what we did to figure out how to fix the key issue with one of the laptops. When I got called I explained what I wrote in a previous blog post and email as best as I could.
